The terms for using Still as a personal practice companion.

What Still offers
Still provides self guided tools inspired by exposure and response prevention (ERP), an AI companion and personal practice tracking. It is not a healthcare provider, medical device, diagnosis or treatment service. Read our Clinical Disclosures before practicing.
Your account
Keep your sign in details secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for what you submit. Do not impersonate someone else, access other people's accounts, interfere with the service or use it unlawfully.
AI and personal decisions
The companion and generated practice ideas use AI, not a human therapist. AI can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Review suggestions with a qualified professional when needed. You remain responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate and safe for you.
Your content and privacy
Your submitted content remains yours. Still processes it to provide the features you use, save your practice and handle support requests. Our Privacy Policy explains data processing. Do not submit another person's private details without permission.
Subscriptions and donations
The Supporter Pass renews automatically unless canceled. Payment amounts, trial eligibility, renewal and cancellation are described in our Subscription and Refund Policy and shown at checkout. Donations are optional and do not replace a subscription.
Availability and limitations
Still may change or be temporarily unavailable. No particular clinical outcome or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Any further liability provisions require legal review.
Leaving Still and questions
You can stop using Still at any time. Cancel any paid subscription separately through Manage or cancel on the Support page. To request account closure or deletion, contact us through Help. The Profile practice deletion button does not close your account.
Operator and applicable law
The operator's legal name, business contact details and applicable jurisdiction are pending confirmation. Material changes to these terms should be communicated before they take effect where required by law.
