Subscription and Refund Policy
What to expect when you support Still.

Prices and renewal
The Supporter Pass is US $5 per month or US $50 per year. It renews automatically at the selected interval until canceled. Any applicable taxes and the final amount are shown at checkout. Pause tools remain free.
Your free week
Eligible first time subscribers get 7 days free when starting a subscription at checkout. A payment method is required. The trial begins at checkout, not account signup. After the trial, the selected monthly or yearly price is charged automatically unless you cancel before it ends. Checkout shows your trial and charge details.
Cancel or manage payments
Sign in, open the Support page and choose Manage or cancel to use Stripe's customer portal. Cancel before the next charge to avoid renewal. Canceling keeps access through the remaining paid period; an eligible trial can remain accessible through its end. Stopping app use or deleting practice data does not cancel a subscription. If you cannot access the portal, contact Help.
Donations
One time donations can use a preset amount or a custom amount from US $1 to US $10,000. They are not recurring subscriptions and do not unlock the Supporter Pass. A donation adds a supporter leaf badge. Still does not represent these payments as tax deductible charitable donations.
Refund requests
For an incorrect charge, accidental payment or refund request, contact Help with your account email and a description. Do not send card numbers. A discretionary refund policy has not yet been set by the operator. Nothing here limits refunds or other consumer remedies required by applicable law, and no approval of a refund is promised by this draft.
Payment handling
Payments are processed through Stripe. Review the total, renewal interval and any trial end date before confirming. Payment and access changes can take a short time to appear after checkout.
