Information you provide

Account information includes your email and profile details. Practice information can include OCD triggers, fear ladder steps, exposure sessions, distress ratings, check in notes, goals, garden and companion settings, emergency kit entries and companion conversations. Help messages include your name, email, topic and message.

Share only what is needed. Avoid names, addresses or identifying details about other people in worries, conversations or practice notes.

How information is used

Still uses this information to run your account, save and display practice, personalize suggestions, process subscription access and donations, address support requests and troubleshoot errors. Technical errors and service requests may be recorded in operational logs.

Service providers and AI

Lovable Cloud provides account and data services. AI features send the text and relevant context needed for a reply through Lovable's AI service to its model provider. Companion context may include recent conversations, triggers, emergency kit entries, ladder steps, exposure sessions and check ins. AI conversations are saved to your account.

Provider retention, processing locations and training practices need confirmation before this policy is finalized. Do not assume that sensitive information sent to AI remains only on your device.

Payments

Stripe processes payment details. Still stores payment references, subscription status and dates, and donation amounts and currency, rather than your full card number. Stripe handles payment information according to its own privacy policy.

Private records and shared posts

Private practice records are scoped to your account through access controls. Authorized service operations can process these records. No online service can promise absolute security. If you publish a community post, its content and alias appear in the community feed. Avoid including sensitive identifying information in posts.

Browser storage

Sign in sessions and some accessibility, installation and practice preferences use browser storage. Clearing browser storage may reset device settings and sign you out. Optional sound and vibration are device features, not background notification delivery.

Access, deletion and retention

Profile's Download my data currently includes your profile, ladder steps and exposure sessions, not every record. Delete practice data removes ladder steps and exposure sessions only. It does not remove chats, check ins, your profile, help messages, community posts, billing records or your account.

Use Help to request other records, correction or account deletion. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Retention periods, backup handling and legally required payment retention still need confirmation; no immediate deletion from all providers or backups is promised.

Your rights and contact

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information and complain to a privacy regulator.
